Choose any of the images from the slide show in the ABC article on 2022 Pulitzer Prize winning photos and answer the following questions:

1. What adjectives would you use to describe this image?

2. What photographic compositional techniques do you recognize?

3. What do you suppose is the narrative attached to this image?

4. Why do you imagine it won the Pulitzer Prize?

5. If this image was shot in manual mode, what could you infer were the settings? Did it require a fast or slow shutterspeed? Is there a small or large aperture? How do you know?

2. Dispersion

Then, take a photo on manual mode using our class backdrops. Perform the edit on your own photo. Submit BOTH to the dispersion assignment in Schoology.
